L’aventure vigneronne d’Audrey et Anthony démarre à Souvignargues dans le Gard en 2013. Au départ, par manque d’espace et donc de cave, ils vendent à la coop, mais rapidement la vinification les démange. En 2018, grâce au coup de main d’un vigneron, dans un petit coin de la cave voisine, ils se lancent. Toujours sans cave fixe mais avec plein d’envie – et de raisins propres ! – le couple vinifie chez trois copains vignerons du village. Désirant tous les deux de connaître la finalité de leur travail, ils ont eu la chance de faire connaissance avec Thierry Forestier en 2018 qui leur a ouvert les portes de sa cave pour un démarrage en douceur à ses côtés; L’Ange à la Terre était né.

La cuvée L'Ange à la terre du domaine Bartassou est issue de vignes de Grenache noir plantées sur tes terroirs de grès sur les hauteurs de Souvignargues. Vendanges manuelles puis les raisins partent en macération semi carbonique courte de 4 jours sans sulfites ajoutés. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de petits fruits rouges frais, de cassis, de framboise, de fraises des bois avec une pointe d'épices. La bouche est juteuse et croquante sur de beaux arômes de fruits noirs et rouges. Un vrai vin de copain qui se boit sans soif à toute heure ! Glou glou

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
