C'est l'histoire d'un vigneron d'Anjou, passé par Bordeaux, qui tombe amoureux du village de Calce en 2000. En 2001, Olivier Pithon déniche quelques 7 hectares dans le secteur et achète aussitôt son premier dynamiseur pour appliquer les pratiques biodynamiques. Le domaine sera certifié en 2010. Il totalise aujourd'hui 22 hectares sur trois zones aux géologies distinctes (schistes, marnes et argilo-calcaire), avec une moitié de vins blancs. Le chai, construit à l'extérieur du village, permet également au vigneron de vinifier son petit négoce, avec les raisins de vignerons de qualité partageant sa philosophie. Tous les vins, du négoce aux cuvées issues des vignobles domaine, sont empreints de charme, avec des touchers de bouche très délicats et de l'énergie. Une gamme joyeuse, ouverte, avec du pulpeux et sur les vins de garde, beaucoup de complexité. Un domaine référence !

Bizarre d’appeler un vin par un nom de vache. Pas si tordu quand on connaît Laïs, une Jersiaise, en pays catalan ; ça résume pas mal le vin. Le domaine souhaite par ces vins obtenir un combiné de fraicheur, de profondeur et de complexité pour Laïs blanc. 80% schiste, 20 % argilo-calcaire marne Maccabeu, Grenache Blanc et Gris Vendange manuelle Pressurage direct Elevage en 1/2 cuves bois et 1/2 barriques pendant 10 mois Rendement 35hl/ha. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de magnifiques notes de miel frais, d'épices douces, de fleurs blanches et d'agrumes. La bouche possède une belle vivacité grâce à un très bel équilibre entre finesse florale et tension minérale.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
