Le domaine Recerca, qui signifie "recherche" en Catalan, a été créé par Jess Albero et Laurent Pujol dans les Corbières catalanes. Jess a été à l'origine de la gamme de vins Zulu avec son époux trop tôt disparu Chris. Installés à Vingrau, où sont une partie de leurs 4 hectares et demi de vignes, ils ont aussi une parcelle à Paziols. Travaillant les plus naturellement possible, ils bannissent les intrants. Les vins sont d'une très grande pureté, droits, frais et équilibrés.

C’est assemblage de vignes de Syrah et de Muscat (40 ans) plantées sur des terroirs de marnes et d'argiles est un véritable plaisir pour les sens. Moitié en grappe entière et moitié foulés, macérés cinq jours avant pressurage et élevage en cuve pendant dix mois. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de petits fruits rouges, de cassis, de violettes, d'orange sanguine avec une pointe d'épices. La bouche est fraiche et délicate grâce à un très bel équilibre entre gourmandise du fruit, tension minérale et tannins fins. Environ 2000 bouteilles produites.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
