Depuis leur installation en 1995 dans la zone du Pic Saint-Loup, Christophe Peyrus et Françoise Julien ont enchaîné à un rythme soutenu les expériences, indispensables pour saisir toutes les nuances de leurs terroirs. Le travail effectué au vignoble a amélioré la finesse des rouges du domaine. Ambition stylistique et prises de risque à bon escient ont permis d’atteindre un niveau de qualité qui dépasse largement les canons languedociens. Des nuances aromatiques personnelles étoffent désormais les cuvées Simon et Les Glorieuses, qui possèdent le potentiel de garde et la silhouette des grands du Rhône, sans les singer.

La cuvée L'Olivette Amphore du Clos Marie est issue d'un élevage en Amphore contrairement à sa soeur élevée en foudres. Comme un rappel du sol, le vin a tendance à sentir l'olive noire et la garrigue. C’est un beau Pic Saint-Loup Référence, très représentatif de son appellation. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fruits noirs, de tapenade ainsi que des notes d'épices bien affirmées. La bouche est très fraîche, vive et d’un certain velouté. Le corps est sapide et tend vers des tannins bien mûrs et délicats. Cuvée limitée à 800 bouteilles !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
