Après plusieurs années passées à travailler à la cave coopérative d’Estézargues, Edouard Laffitte ressenti l'envie de travailler la terre et de rejoindre ses amis déjà lancés dans l’aventure. Mais n’étant pas d’origine agricole, il fallut tout créer. C'est suite à la proposition de Loïc Roure (Domaine du Possible) de partager l'ancienne cave coopérative qu’il venait d’acquérir à Lansac qu'Edouard s'établit dans les Pyrénées-Orientales. Ne restant plus qu’à trouver les vignes, le choix s’est alors porté sur des vignes en altitude, plutôt exposées Nord pour favoriser la fraîcheur, le fruit, et limiter l’alcool. Le "Jajakistan" se trouvant véritablement au bout du monde, le nom du domaine s'imposa naturellement. Les vendanges se font à la main, la vinification est la plus naturelle possible, en macération carbonique, à basse température et les vins ne sont pas filtrés.

La cuvée La Luce du domaine Le Bout du Monde est composée à 100% de Grenache plantées sur des sols de Gneiss. Macération carbonique de quatre semaines. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de rose séchée, de fruits noirs et d'épices. La bouche est soyeuse et très digeste grâce à un parfait équilibre entre l'opulence du grenache et le fraicheur des terroirs d'Edouard Laffitte. Grand vin !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
