When you buy, we prepare carefully and ship your order within 24 hours. The delivery date will be displayed on the order summary page depending on the availability of items and the delivery method chosen.

Please note that items that have been shipped are those that have been calculated based on their weight. In order to reflect the conditions of the delivery service providers we use, all weights are rounded to the nearest kilo.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
