Romain Le Bars est un jeune vigneron engagé, humble et minutieux qui après avoir fait ses classes pendant 7 ans auprès du Domaine de l'Anglore a fondé son domaine sur à peine 1,2 hectares à Tavel et a produit son premier millésime en 2018. A l'époque il reste ouvrier agricole chez l'Anglore et vinifie avec ses moyens dans son garage. Aujourd'hui il gère son exploitation passée à près de 10 hectares à plein temps. Les cépages ont été par là-même diversifiés (Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Syrah, Viognier et Ugni blanc). Romain Le Bars a adopté pour ses vignes vendangées manuellement une politique de petits rendements. Au chai, les vinifications se font en macération carbonique, avec pressurage direct et un strict minimum de sulfite ajouté avant un élevage en barriques de plusieurs vins.

Le Lirac rosé de Romain Le Bars est issu de vignes de Carignan et de Mourvèdre. Les raisins sont traités en presse directe puis mis en fermentation et elevés en barriques et demi-muids. Le nez de ce rosé nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fraises des bois, de fruits rouges et d'épices. La bouche est ample et vineuse avec une aromatique très ouverte d'une grande netteté. C'est long en bouche et d'une gourmandise incroyable !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
