La Ferme du Cade est un domaine situé à Saint Laurent dans le Gard détenu par David Teyssier et Vicky Gabarda, ils ont fait une conversion en agriculture biologique en 2014 et leurs premier millésime en 2018 en nature. A la vigne ils n’interviennent pas souvent et favorise un travail léger et utilisent leurs poules et brebis pour s’en occuper. Durant les vinifications elles sont naturelles mais un ajout de SO2 peut être fait à très petite dose. David Teyssier est le régisseur du domaine de Gressac, où il a pu déjà largement exprimer son talent. De ses propres vignes, il tire des jus d'une très grande pureté.

La cuvée Avec est issue de la collaboration de la Ferme du Cade et de Valentin Vallès sur des vignes de Grenache Noir plantée dans le Gard. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de gourmandes notes de coulis de fraise, de grenadine, de pivoines, de groseilles avec une pointe d'épices. La bouche est légère, juteuse avec une acidité rafraîchissante, des fruits sucrés et une pointe d'épices en finale. Une cuvée qui n'est pas sans rappeler le Tavel du domaine de l'Anglore ou de romain Le Bars. COUP DE COEUR !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
