Le Domaine des Accoles est une aventure familiale, portée par ses associés, Florence et Olivier Leriche. Les deux acolytes font leurs études ensemble, à Bordeaux, puis à Dijon : ingénieurs des techniques agricoles, viticulture et œnologie pour Olivier, protection des plantes pour Florence. En 1998, ils découvrent les terroirs bourguignons. Suivent 13 années à la direction du Domaine de l’Arlot, à Nuits-Saint-Georges, sous le signe de la vendange entière, puis de la biodynamie. La Bourgogne est belle et accueillante, mais les racines familiales sont dans la vallée du Rhône, du Léman à la Méditerranée. En 2005, Florence et Olivier achètent une vieille maison à rénover, vers Privas. Commence alors, petit à petit, la découverte des terroirs ardéchois. En 2010, des vignes sont à vendre à Saint-Marcel d’Ardèche… Vignes âgées, ilots groupés…. Les conditions sont idéales pour installer un domaine en bio et en biodynamie.

La cuvée Le Rendez Vous des Acolytes du domaine des Accoles est issu de jeunes vignes de Grenache d’une vingtaine d’années. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de magnifiques notes fruitées intense de cerise, de mûre, de myrtille et de figue. La bouche est fraiche et irrésistiblement croquante sur des tannins fins et légers. A déguster entre amis autour d'une table d'été.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
