Depuis le décès de Stéphane Moreau fin août 2016, son épouse Virginie a pris sa suite au domaine et s'attache à poursuivre les orientations retenues jusqu'ici. Avec un travail soigné à la vigne, des élevages longs et des filtrations légères, les chablis du domaine s'affirment dans leur caractère, avec profondeur et salinité. Le domaine s'est désormais calé sur des élevages longs qui n'alourdissent ni n'aromatisent le chardonnay local, ici récolté juste mûr. Des chablis savoureux, jamais démonstratifs mais parfaitement digestes, qui vieillissent fort bien.

Le Petit Chablis du domaine Moreau Naudet possède une robe or clair et brillante. Le nez expressif nous révèle de belles notes de fleurs blanches, de pamplemousse, de citron avec une touche minérale de pierre à fusil. La bouche est tendue et fine parfaitement équilibrée entre rondeur et tension. La finale est persistante et iodée. Un Petit Chablis qui aurait tout à fait sa place dans l'appellation Chablis.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
