Le Domaine Jérôme Jouret est un petit domaine viticole familial situé sur douze hectares en Ardèche méridionale. Les vieilles vignes biologiques sont plantées sur les coteaux escarpés et caillouteux de la Vallée de l'Ibie. Le vigneron Jérôme Jouret a quitté la coopérative locale en 2006 et n'a réalisé que quelques millésimes depuis qu'il s'est lancé seul. Cependant, les résultats jusqu'à présent ont été époustouflants. Le climat plus frais de la région, combiné à une altitude élevée, signifie que les fruits restent plus longtemps sur les vignes, ce qui contribue à créer un vin aux arômes prononcés et aux saveurs fraîches.

La cuvée En Avant Doute du domaine Jérôme Jouret est issue de vignes de Grenache (30 ans) plantées sur des sols argilo-calcaires. Macération carbonique 15 – 20 jours, élevage en foudre. Sans soufre ajouté. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fruits noirs, de roses, de coulis de fraises, de petits fruits rouges frais avec une pointe épicée. La bouche est fraiche et juteuse grâce à un joli équilibre entre finesse des tannins, rondeur fruité et tension minérale. Excellent rapport prix/plaisir !

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
