Jean-Baptiste Hardy appartient à la nouvelle vague de génération de vignerons talentueux du pays nantais et nous sommes persuadés que ce jeune vigneron deviendra un acteur majeur de la région. Jean-Baptiste a repris les commandes du domaine familial qui se situe à Mouzillon en plein cœur du Muscadet sur les bords de la Sanguèse. Dans ce secteur, nous trouvons des sols composés de Gabbro (roches volcaniques) et de Silices Argileux. Avant de revenir au pays, Jean-Baptiste a parcouru de nombreux domaines à travers la planète, de la Nouvelle Zélande (Fromm Winery), en passant par la Patagonie (Bodega Chacra), la Californie (Domaine de la Côte) mais aussi et surtout en Bourgogne ou il pu se faire les armes au Domaine Roulot et au Domaine Leflaive. Son premier millésime sera le 2020 et depuis il développe la surface du domaine qui fait aujourd'hui environ 10ha. Il vient de planter des parcelles de Pinot Noir et de Poulsard. Jean Baptiste utilise principalement des sélections massales et isole les terroirs qui l'intéressent le plus.

La cuvée Eclats de Jean Baptiste Hardy est issue de vignes de Melon de Bourgogne provenant de plusieurs parcelles plantées sur des terroirs de Gabbro. Vinifié traditionnellement 18 mois sur lie avec levures indigènes en cuve souterraine verrée. Ni collé, ni filtré. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de magnifiques notes de pommes fraiches, de poires mûres, d'amandes douces, d'agrumes, de fleurs blanches avec une pointe iodée. La bouche est ample et fraiche grâce à un très bel équilibre entre gras et tension minérale.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
