Le domaine No Control de Vincent Marie est basé, pour la plus grande partie, sur Volvic. 4.5 ha sur des parcelles âgées de 5 à 120 ans pour les plus anciennes. les vignes sont cultivées en agriculture biologique avec l'objectif d'être certifié en biodynamie d'ici 3 ans. Tous les vins sont faits sans aucun intrant œnologique, ni filtration, ni sulfites, ni rien du tout. ce sont des jus de raisin fermentés. Vignes taillées en Guyot simple. Vignes enherbées, labourées. Traitement à base de soufre, de cuivre et de tisanes et autres décoctions. Vinification parcellaire tant que cela est possible pour respecter les qualités intrinsèques des différents terroirs.

La cuvée Batard de Vincent Marie est un véritable OBNI (Objet Buvable Non Identifié) issue d'un assemblage de cidre et de vignes de Chenin. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de gourmandes notes de pommes fraiches, de coing, d'agrumes confits, de poire caramélisée avec une pointe d'épices douces. La bouche est fine et gourmande avec une explosion d'arômes fruités. La buvabilité est incroyable et la bouteille se vide à vitesse record !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
