Valentin Montanet conduit en Bio le domaine de la Soeur Cadette à Vézelay, créé en 1987, dont le vignoble a été entretenu par ses parents, Jean et Catherine. Les vinifications sont menées sans ajouts inutiles. Pas de levures, pas de chaptalisation, peu de sulfites... Élevés sur lies en cuve, parfois en fût, les vins sont droits, d'une franchise d'expression remarquable et fort réguliers. Chardonnay et Pinot Noir composent la majorité de l'encépagement, mais le Melon de Bourgogne est aussi présent, donnant un vin digeste et peu alcoolisé. Une petite gamme de vins de négoce du Beaujolais et du Mâconnais est également bien réussie.

La cuvée Melon du domaine de la Soeur Cadette est issue de vignes de Melon de Bourgogne à Vézelay. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fruits blancs frais, d'amandes, de pomme, de pamplemousse, de citron avec une pointe épicée. La bouche est souple et onctueuse avec un joli équilibre entre gourmandise du fruit et délicate acidité. Glou glou !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
