Après une carrière dans une grande entreprise pharmaceutique, Ludovic Chanson a recommencé une nouvelle vie en créant son domaine en 2009 à Montlouis. C'est avec Stéphane Cossais (décédé tragiquement en 2009
) et également avec Vincent Carême à Vouvray, que Ludovic a eu le déclic qui lui a donné envie de devenir vigneron. Il a également beaucoup appris au Domaine La Grange Tiphaine (Coralie et Damien Delecheneau) à Amboise, où il a passé un certain temps de formation. Il a aussi beaucoup appris avec Nicolas Renard (Amboise). Début 2009, Ludovic a trouvé des vignes à vendre sur 6,5 hectares. Le vignoble appartenait au Domaine Levasseur (Alex Mathur) et les vignes étaient déjà cultivées en agriculture biologique depuis 2006.

La cuvée Les Pions du domaine Ludovic Chanson est issue de vignes de Chenin plantées sur des terroirs d'argiles à silex. Fermentation en cuve et refermentation en bouteilles avec les sucres naturels résiduels. 9 mois sur lattes puis mise en bouteille sans dosage. Le nez de ce pétillant naturel nous révèle de délicieuses notes de de fruits blancs, de fleurs blanches, de fruits exotiques, d'agrumes, d'amandes avec une pointe pâtissière. La bouche est gourmande et digeste sur de fines bulles et se termine sur de beaux amers désaltérants.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
