Ce domaine emblématique du terroir de Villaudric (Nord de Toulouse) produit des vins particulièrement sincères et digestes. Formant un couple de jeunes vignerons déterminés et enthousiastes, Diane et Philippe Cauvin ont fait le choix depuis 2006 de conduire leur vignoble en biodynamie (certification en 2012). Toujours en ébullition, ils se sont affirmés avec une offre œnotouristique de premier plan. Décliné en plusieurs cuvées, parfois de pure négrette, le style des vins de La Colombière est équilibré, fin et subtil, sans artifice ni maquillage. Exemplaire, cette vision personnelle constitue un repère précieux dans la progression actuelle de l’appellation Fronton.

Les vignes de la cuvée Les Frontons Flingueurs du domaine La Colombières sont agées d'une trentaine d'années et plantées sur des sols de graves sidérolithiques et limons sablonneux. Nez gourmand sur des notes florales et de fruits rouges & noirs. La bouche est ronde et gourmande. Vin de plaisir et de convivialité pour les fans de… Négrette !

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
