Avec 4,5 ha en Château-Chalon sur les 9 que compte l'exploitation, le domaine Courbet est un représentant important de la prestigieuse appellation. 2019 est le premier millésime certifié en agriculture biologique pour ce domaine fondé en 1869, aujourd'hui dirigé par Damien Courbet. Toutes les cuvées de ce styliste exigeant montrent un souci du détail remarquable, avec sur les vins ouillés des élevages parfois encore prégnants. Ce sont bien les savagnins sous voile qui constituent la gloire du domaine, parmi les plus éclatants et les plus articulés produits aujourd'hui.

La cuvée Poulsard du domaine Courbet est issue de vignes de Poulsard plantées sur des coteaux adossés au plateau calcaire avec des sols assez complexes où se mêlent différentes marnes (bleues, grises, rouges, noires du lias moyen et supérieur), des argiles du trias et des éboulis calcaires. Ces marnes, associées à des éboulis de falaises du bajocien et des argiles du lias, constituent les meilleures terres à vigne du Jura. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fraises des bois, de framboises fraiches, de menthe, de cranberry et d'épices douces. L’attaque de la bouche est gourmande et fraiche grâce à très bel équilibre entre rondeur du fruit, finesse des tannins et tension minérale. Glou glou !

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
