Avec 4,5 ha en Château-Chalon sur les 9 que compte l'exploitation, le domaine Courbet est un représentant important de la prestigieuse appellation. 2019 est le premier millésime certifié en agriculture biologique pour ce domaine fondé en 1869, aujourd'hui dirigé par Damien Courbet. Toutes les cuvées de ce styliste exigeant montrent un souci du détail remarquable, avec sur les vins ouillés des élevages parfois encore prégnants. Ce sont bien les savagnins sous voile qui constituent la gloire du domaine, parmi les plus éclatants et les plus articulés produits aujourd'hui.

La cuvée Trousseau du domaine Courbet est issue de jeunes vignes de Trousseau plantées en 2004. Macération pelliculaire de 18 heures. Fermentation et élevage se déroulent pour moitié en fûts de chêne de plusieurs vins et pour moitié en cuve en acier inoxydable. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fruits rouges frais, de petites baies, de pétales de roses, de fraises des bois, de cerises et d'épices. L’attaque de la bouche est fine et juteuse grâce à très bel équilibre entre croquant du fruit, finesse des tannins et fraicheur du terroir. Attention ce vin se boit très (trop) facilement !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
