Formé, entre autres, chez Jean-Claude Lapalu dans le Beaujolais et chez Dominique Belluard en Savoie, Sylvère Trichard reprend en 2012 les 4 hectares de vignes de son oncle, au cœur du Beaujolais, à Blace. Le domaine était déjà engagé sur la voie de la biodynamie, Sylvère a tout naturellement poursuivi cette démarche, mais au-delà de ses convictions et de sa vision du vin, c’est avant tout l’écoute et le ressenti qui guident ses choix. Tout est dit sur le travail du vigneron dans ses propres mots : « Ne cherche pas à faire au chais ce que tu ne fais pas à la vigne. Tout mon travail de viticulteur se base sur cette phrase. Petits rendement, agriculture bio ; avec de beaux raisins, les vinifications se font toutes seules : pas de levurage, pas de sulfitage, les élevages se font sans soufre non plus. Le but est d’obtenir des vins plus digestes, légers et vivants. Le tout pour respecter mon environnement, ainsi que le consommateur. Avec cette démarche, je me sens plus artisan du vin qu’exploitant agricole. »

La cuvée Gisous est issu des plus belles vieilles vignes du Domaine Séléné et rend hommage à la grand mère de Sylvère Trichard. Le nez complexe de ce vin nous révèle de magnifiques notes de fruits rouges, de fruits noirs et d'épices. La bouche est fine et profondes sur des arômes de fraises des bois et de mûres. Un très grand vin à carafer deux heures avant de déguster.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
