Le Domaine Achillée se situe en Alsace à Scherwiller, superbe village viticole au cœur de la route des vins d’Alsace. Le Domaine s’étend sur 18 hectares de vignes et exploite aussi 6 hectares d’arbres fruitiers (cerises, quetsches et mirabelles). Le Domaine naît véritablement en 2016. Yves Dietrich, alors coopérateur en Alsace, décide de devenir indépendant et de créer son propre domaine avec Pierre et Jean, ses deux fils. Yves s’occupera de la vigne, Jean se chargera des vinifications et Pierre de la distribution. Le Domaine est conduit en agriculture biologique (Ecocert) depuis 1999 et en biodynamie (Demeter) depuis 2003. Et pourquoi Achillée ? L’Achillée (prononcez Akilé) est une plante utilisée dans les préparations biodynamiques pour réguler les apports en potassium.

Le crémant d'Alsace du domaine Achillée est issu majoritairement de vignes de Riesling (40%) et de Pinot Blanc, d'Auxerrois, de Chardonnay, de Pinot Noir et de Pinot Gris plantées sur des sols de graves sur Scherwiller (cailloux du cône de déjection de la vallée de Villé, très pauvre/léger, peu d’argile, très réactif) sur des coteaux versant Nord sur le Frankstein de Dambach-la-ville. Fermentation d’un mois environ, élevage en cuve inox sur lies de fermentation pendant neuf mois, puis repos sur lattes avant dégorgement. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de savoureuses notes de mirabelles, d'agrumes, de pommes mûres, de noisettes, d'amandes avec une pointe briochée. La bouche est ample et fraiche sur de fines bulles soulignées par des arômes de poires, de pommes, d'agrumes et de cannelle.

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
