Figurant parmi les pionniers des vins “nature” en France, le domaine est en bio depuis 1970. Aidé de son épouse Chantal et de son fils Thomas, Jean Pierre Frick vinifie une grande partie de ses cuvées sans soufre. Sa pratique de la macération fait la signature de la maison. Ce style convient particulièrement au grand cru Vorbourg, un sol dominé par les marnes, le calcaire et le grès. Depuis 2002, tous les vins sont mis en bouteille en capsule inox.

La cuvée Pinot Noir Rot Murlé du domaine Pierre Frick est issue de vignes plantées sur un sol brun calcaire ferrugineux sur dalle de calcaire dur, au sommet d’une colline avancée vers la plaine. Les raisins sont macérés et fermentés avec levures indigènes pendant 10 jours, sans égrappage, pour l’extraction de la couleur et des tanins. Ils sont ensuite pressés. Aucun ajout de sulfite, ni sur jus, ni pendant l’élevage de 7 mois en foudre de chêne. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle d'incroyables notes de violette, de mûres sauvages, de cerises noires, de cuir avec une pointe d'épices douces. La bouche est élégante et soyeuse sur gourmands arômes de petits fruits rouges confits. Grand vin !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
