Après quelques années à Paris coincé dans des bureaux, tentant de sauver la planète en tant qu’ingénieur dans l’environnement, Pierre Weber a finalement sauté dans un van pour parcourir la route de la soie. Au retour, l’odeur des vendanges qui embaumait son village natal a été un véritable déclic. Cette odeur, cette terre, ces paysages, se sont imposés comme une évidence : il décide de créer un domaine à partir des vignes de son grand-père à Husseren-les-Châteaux. 4 hectares, dont 1 sur grands crus. 7 cépages différents avec 80 % de veilles vignes plantées entre 1960 et 1970. L’exposition, les pentes et l’altitude confèrent un micro climat particulier qu’on retrouve dans les vins d’Husseren. La méthode de vinification au domaine Pierre Weber est dans une démarche résolument tournée vers le vin nature, avec un minimum d'intervention.

La cuvée L du domaine Pierre Weber est issue de vignes de Riesling dont 40% proviennent du Grand Cru Eichberg plantées sur des sols argilo-calcaires. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de magnifiques notes de citrons, de céréales, d'agrumes, de poires, d'épices avec une pointe toastée. La bouche est énergétique et ample grâce à un incroyable équilibre entre rondeur fruité, tension minérale du terroir et finale saline sur de beaux amers.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

You should receive your refund within four weeks after the return date. But we have a habit of refunding more quickly. This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
