Fondée en 1900, la brasserie Cantillon est actuellement la dernière représentante des producteurs de Lambic au sein même de Bruxelles, et plus particulièrement dans la commune d'Anderlecht. C'est en 1970 que Jean-Pierre Van Roy décide de prendre en main la brasserie. Cette date marque un véritable tournant dans l'histoire de Cantillon puisqu'à cette époque, la consommation de Lambic et de gueuze s'effondre peu à peu en Belgique.
Grace à un retour aux méthodes traditionnelles et à l'utilisation de fûts de chêne, la brasserie Cantillon se refait donc un nom dans le paysage brassicole belge et mondiale. Ainsi, la brasserie Cantillon figure actuellement de façon régulière dans le classement Ratebeer des meilleures bières au monde et des meilleures brasseries. Enfin, depuis quelques années maintenant, notons que ce sont des céréales issues de l'Agriculture Biologique qui sont sélectionnés, toujours dans le soucis d'élaborer le meilleur produit possible. Gueuze, Kriek, Lambic... La brasserie Cantillon n'a pas fini de régaler les dégustateurs du monde entier !

Lambic millésimé. Toutes les bières proviennent d’une même saison de production après une maturation de trois ans en barrique. Bière au goût très complexe. Vineuse et légèrement oxydée, les saveurs acidulées se confondent avec le côté moelleux. Puissant et élégant, le Bruocsella est le chaînon manquant entre le monde du vin et celui de la bière. Non refermenté en bouteille, le Bruocsella est une bière calme et non pétillante.

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.
