Christian Zuria a commencé en 2013 à planter des vignes sur le secteur de Bonifacio. Aidé de son épouse Nadine et de son fils Ivan, il a accompli un travail titanesque : ce jeune domaine certifié Bio est en plein développement et entame sa conversion à la biodynamie. Christian Zuria devrait écrire dans les années qui viennent un chapitre marquant de l’histoire des vins insulaires sur ce terroir en plein renouveau. Le cépage Sciaccarellu, complété du rare cépage autochtone Morescone, démontrent ici un potentiel énorme. Un chai spectaculaire au pied des vignes, avec un caveau de dégustation, voit le jour en 2021, et permettra au domaine d’atteindre sa vitesse de croisière. Sur les vieux calcaires de Bonifacio, le domaine Zuria a su très rapidement se faire une place aux sommets des vins de l’extrême Sud de la Corse.

La cuvée Crocci du domaine Zuria est issue de la parcelle Musella composée de vignes de Vermentinu plantées sur des terroirs calcaires. Vendanges manuelles, vinification et élevage foudre de bois. Le nez de ce vin nous révèle de délicieuses notes de fleurs blanches, d'agrumes, de pêches de vigne, d'épices avec une pointe beurrée. La bouche est pleine d'énergie, d'une grande pureté et débordant de tension minérale. Un très grand vin blanc de gastronomie taillé pour la garde !

RETURN

You may return any item that you would not be fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. This includes the cost of returning the product.

This period includes the transit time required to receive the product you are returning (5 to 10 working days), the time required to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 days) and the time required to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
